１．個人情報の収集及び利用の目的について
お客様がWeROCK Cityをご利用いただくためには、会員登録をしていただく必要があります。
会員登録にあたって、当社はお客様から個人情報を収集いたします。当社は、お客様からご提供いただいた個人情報を以下の目的のために利用いたします。
−WeROCK Cityサービス提供のため
　　・各種情報を電子メールで配信するため（サービスに関する情報、お知らせ、メールマガジン等）
−クライアント企業や広告主に関する情報を電子メールで配信するため
−当社が実施する懸賞の当選通知、賞品発送のため
−サービス拡充、改善、新規開発のための調査・分析のため
−当社サービスの分析、向上のために個人を特定できない統計情報として第三者に開示するため
−お問い合わせ、サポート対応のため

２．個人情報の提供について
当社は、お客様からご提供いただいた個人情報を、あらかじめお客様に同意を得ることなく第三者に開示、提供いたしません。ただし、裁判所、警察、消費者センターまたはこれらに準じた権限を持った機関から要請がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合、人の財産・生命・身体等の保護に当社が必要と判断した場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合、または法令に基づく場合には、必要な範囲内で開示等を行うことがあります。

３．外部提供、照会について
当社では、プレゼントの発送、お問い合わせ・サポート対応等、サービス提供に必要な業務を、配送業者等の外部の委託業者へ業務委託することがあります。当該業務委託に伴い、当社は個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合があります。業務委託にあたり、お客様からご提供いただいた個人情報（お名前、住所、電話番号等）を開示させていただきますのでご了承ください。その場合には、委託先と守秘義務を含む必要な契約を締結し、委託先に対し必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

４．お客様が個人情報を提供することの任意性及び当該情報を提供しなかった場合に生じる結果
個人情報を当社にご提供いただくか否かは、お客様ご自身の任意です。ただし、当社が提供をお願いする個人情報をご提供いただけない場合や、ご提供いただいた個人情報に不備があった場合には、個人情報の収集目的通りのサービスがご提供できない場合があります。

５．個人情報の開示請求等の手続方法
当社では、お客様からご提供いただいた個人情報をお客様ご自身で確認、変更、訂正を行うツールを用意しております。個人情報に変更が生じた際は、速やかにお手続きをお取りいただきますようお願い申し上げます。
また、お客様からご提供いただいた個人情報の削除を希望される場合、会員様ご自身でサイト上での手続き（退会手続）を経ることにより、当社は一定の期間を経過した後に個人情報を完全に破棄いたします。

６．アクセス情報の収集について
WeROCK Cityサイト（以下、「本サイト」と言います）にアクセスされた際に、インターネットに接続するときに使用されるIPアドレス、コンピュータに関する情報と接続情報（ブラウザの種類とバージョン、オペレーティングシステム、プラットフォームなど）、本サイトへのアクセス、ならびに本サイトからのアクセスに関する、完全なURLの日付と時間を含む記録、クッキーの番号、表示した本サイト内のページ情報を収集いたします。これらの情報は統計的に処理され、本サイトの各ページに表示する情報の制御や本サイトの利便性の向上に利用いたします。

７．クッキーについて
本サイトでは、クッキーを使用しています。これはお客様の趣味・嗜好に合わせて本サイトのページ上の情報、サービスをカスタマイズするための統計的なマーケティング情報として利用されます。
このクッキーは一定時間アクセスがない場合速やかに削除されます。また、会員様が本サイトにログインされた場合、そのログインセッションを維持するためにも利用いたしますが、クッキー内に個人情報が含まれることはありません。この場合、セッションが打ち切られた場合、速やかにクッキーは削除され、再利用は一切いたしません。

1. Collection and Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company requires customers to subscribe to WeROCK City services. The Company will collect personal information from the customer during membership registration. The Company will use personal information provided by the customer for the following purposes only:
- For providing WeROCK City services;
・ In order to deliver various information by mail (information concerning services, notices, magazines, etc.)
- For delivering information concerning client companies and advertising clients by mail;
- For delivering notices with respect to prizes given by the Company and to deliver the prizes;
- For conducting inspection and analysis for upgrading, improving and developing new services;
- For disclosure to third parties as statistical information from which individuals cannot be identified, for analyzing and improving the Company's services;
- For handling inquiries and providing support.

2. Offer of Personal Information
Personal information provided by the customer will not be disclosed or offered by the Company to third parties without obtaining the customer's prior consent; provided, however, that the Company may disclose personal information within a necessary scope in the event that such disclosure is requested by a court, law-enforcement agency, consumer information center or other pursuant agencies with authority and it is difficult to obtain consent from the individual, or in the event that the Company deems it necessary for protecting the property, life or body, etc., of a human being and it is difficult to obtain consent from the individual, or in the event that disclosure is based on laws or ordinances.

3. External Provision, Reference
The Company may consign business necessary for providing services, such as delivering presents, handling inquiries and giving support, to external consignment companies such as delivery companies. The Company has prepared a tool for the customer himself or herself to confirm, change and correct personal information provided by the customer. In the event of changes in personal information, procedures are to be promptly taken.
In the event that the customer wishes to delete personal information provided by the customer, the Company will completely discard personal information after a passage of a fixed period of time, upon the member himself or herself going through the procedures (procedures for membership withdrawal) on the website.

6. Collection of Access Information
Upon access to the WeROCK City website (hereinafter referred to as "Site"), the IP address used in connecting to the Internet, information with respect to the computer and connection information (browser type and version, operating system, platform, etc.), complete record including the date and time of the URL with respect to access to the Site and access from the Site, cookie number, and the Site's page information displayed, shall be collected. In the event that the member logs into the Site, the cookie will be used for maintaining the log-in session, but no personal information will be included in the cookie. In such event, once the session is cut off, the cookie will be promptly deleted and will not be reused.
Cookies are also used in registrations from the Company's member advertisement cooperation site and the Company's member advertisements. These will be used only for the purpose of maintaining partner ID's registered from the partner site and for counting the number of visitors and registrants for measuring advertising effectiveness, and there will be no reference or reusing of personal information.
